James was our secondary school friend, and we have known each other for 9 years. He is carefree and empathetic towards his friends. Even though we have not purchased any policies from him yet, he is always approachable as a FA to guide and advice us on how to improve our portfolios. It is very easy to understand when he explains the policies we have and what we need. He would always recommend what is suitable for us instead of hard selling the policies from his company just to his benefit. He is super trustworthy, reliable and easy to reach out to. We are never afraid to approach him to clarify our doubts as well. We can tell that he really wants the best for us as he will send reminders to send him our documents so that he can have a better overview of our portfolios.
