I got to know James through word of mouth.

Since the rumours were all really positive, I wanted to verify that for myself. I was also looking for someone to take care of the financial and other planning matters with regards to my parents.

Three things I like about James' services:

1. He is very sincere in his efforts to help out, even till late hours of the night. His actions show that he genuinely cares for the people he serves.

2. Professionalism and patience. He is on time, explains matters well and presents information in a way that is easy to understand rather than try to show off his knowledge by using complex jargon. When people have questions, James will happily answer it multiple times or explain it again in a simpler way.

3. Honesty. If James doesn't know the answer to a question, he will admit it readily, and follow up with the enquiry after he has researched on it.

I believe these are qualities that people want to find in any financial advisor they come across, and if you meet James, you have struck gold. Highly recommended!
